Defamiliar Seminar

This seminar was taught by Professor William Virgil in the Spring of 2019. In this project, we were guided, in teams of two, to create a “defamiliar pinnacle.” My partner, Alison Notation, and I modeled this pinnacle in ZBrush. We then created a 3D Print of the model, so we could then create a mold. Once the mold was created, we used wax, plaster, monster clay, epoxy, and other materials to produce variations of the Pinnacle.
